Discount Per Quantity

Item is made to order, but available quantity in hand is stated in product description. Final product is not sewn until the customer has actually ordered and paid for it. Each order will require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering with the balance due before the goods are shipped.

Orders will be delivered via Pos Malaysia’s Postal Services, Pos Ekspres, PosLaju, Air Parcel or via Nationwide Express. Fee is based on combined weight.  Tracking numbers are emailed for all orders once shipped. We charge RM1 for handling fee.

• ** Web Orders            – Fee is automatically calculated during checkout. Please click the Calculate Shipping, choose your delivery address and click Update Totals for details.
• ** E-mail Orders         – We will issue an invoice.

Pos Malaysia Berhad assumes all liability for your package once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you.  Claims for lost parcels will have to be made with Pos Malaysia Berhad, and we will provide you with assistance.

International delivery is available to Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore via Air Parcel or Express Shipping.

Custom duties and import charges, which vary from country to country, are borne by the customer.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office before you order.

Deposit/payment must be made within 24 hours. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within given time. Proof of payment must be provided and sent to store@shambijoux.com.
