My second attempt making Easy Sleeve, and I hope the measurements are correct this time~ This was made using Anna Maria Horner’s Chocolate Lollipop. I name this “Easy Sleeve — Nyummy #1″ for Nyummy Collection!

Outer is made of Anna Maria Horner’s Chocolate Lollipop 100% cotton and interfaced with medium weight interfacing. Inside is nicely padded with foam padding, to keep your laptop safe from bumps and bruises. Lining fabric (pattern and colors) may vary depending on availability .

My dad made me a working table, yippe Its 36″ high, perfect for cutting fabrics and the more reason NOT to be lazy! Thanks dad, I absolutely like it!

Gotta sleep now, eventhough my eyes wont shut~ I’m to excited thinking bout making bags out of Mail Order #3 plus embroideries hihi~ But I gotta work tomorro… haiiiiish!

haha my fetish for designer fabric keep burning holes in my wallet! I can’t stop, I drool over them! Btw, this mail order was bought through Bear Paw Quilt Co. on July 17th, 2008.

I was merely searching for geeky theme fabric, can’t believe I’ve found not one but two!! I fell in love with Computer/Keyboard Fabric by Timeless Treasures Fabrics!!! Thank you, thank you! This is perfect for my Easy Sleeve.

Total order was USD64.44 (including USD11.95 for shipping and USD2.15 for insurance). Package was shipped using Global Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope and arrived on 27th July, 2008.

This store only accept 6 yards max for 44″ 100% cotton, fit in one flat-rate envelope. So, I bought 1 yard for each design. Each yard cost me USD8.39.

BJX.STORE is temporarily under maintenance. I did major upgrading on Magento latest stable release, 1.1.2 but apparently my custom theme is not compatible with the latest release. aiiish

I need to fix the custom theme and be done with the Easy Clutch Orders. and reply emails and text messages…….. and get some rest~

Refashioning old stuff

I made this green cropped jacket a long long time ago. Hihi I’m still amazed with myself, how did I sew this jacket? It was quite hard for me, especially the collar~ Manage to put it all together, well of course with the help of my great sifoo, Mummy dearest lah!

What do you think? Decoration on the back? Just to spice up a bit, but my mum disagree with the skull thingy~ So, I guess… It will be put up for sale then.

More embellishments will be added later. I’m planning to add sewn on black acrylic stones, on the back. And perhaps a bit glitters on the print. Heeee! Owh, this jacket fits size M.

I wont be wearing short skirts anymore, I’m letting go all my short skirts! So, I decided to revive my favorite skirt by adding sewn on beads. There are more skirts, but I’ll start with this first! Yeay~ All will be put for sale at BJX.STORE. Soon!

Why I go MIA sometimes

Well, I have a very demanding job which occasionally eats my precious free time. I’m constantly traveling here and there spending more time sitting in a vehicle. The fact that I work in district area I have difficulty in accessing the internet with decent connection, except when I’m at the office working. Which I can’t really afford leisure time replying emails regarding BJX.STORE.

By the time I got home, I’m so tired I just flopped down on the bed falling asleep in seconds. To make things worse, my sewing machine broke down, sent it for repair. Yes, it still at the repair-shop. *sigh

Life currently sucks and I’m not a lazy bum.

In case you don’t know, most of the items in BJX.STORE is custom-made solely by dearest ME, and having my precious machine broke… it will definitely take sometime to finish the Easy Clutch Batch #1 orders.

As for why I didn’t reply your email… I’m not ignoring you. Perhaps I was busy and stuck with day job and took me a while to reply, or I did actually replied your emails. It just not sent, it went to the spam box. I did a little testing, apparently Yahoo! and Hotmail eat my emails (sent using my domain address) and dump them into SPAMBOX.

So, in order to receive emails from me… please add shambijoux.com to the safe list! Please be informed that each email regarding BJX.STORE will be replied within 3 working days.

I’ll try to be more rajin and be done with all the orders. As for emails and text messages, I’ll try replying your emails and text as soon as possible. I’m sorry if i hurt/disappoint anyone, its a heart break for me too. I hope you all can understand, I run BJX.STORE by myself (occasionally with the help of Cik Pokok). Things may get slow sometimes…

Weee, I’ll be in KL from 26th till 28th June. I’m planning to go to KLue Urbanscapes 2008 but no teman lah. *sigh I’m coming to KL with Cik Pokok, but seems that her schedule is tight… I can’t rewang-rewang and shopping with her.

I’m dying to checkout the flea markets at KLue Urbanscapes and Multifilla Art Store in Balakong!
