Mail Order #2

By shambie adzhan • Jul 11th, 2008 • Category: Selection

This is my second time purchasing fabric from US. Read on True Up’s Sale Alert that Contemporary Cloth was having sale.

Mail Order — Chocolate Lollipop
» Chocolate Lollipop by Anna Maria Horner for Free Spirit

Mail Order #2 — Edvard Mint and Sole
» Edvard in Mint and Sole #7

In the shopping bag…

Total order was USD54.00 (including USD11.50 for shipping). Package was shipped using Global Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope and arrived safely without any tax charged. :hehe:

I bought 1 yard for each design, totaling 7 yards.

  • Chocolate Lollipop #4 — USD6.50
  • Chocolate Lollipop #6 — USD6.50
  • Chocolate Lollipop #8 — USD6.50
  • Chocolate Lollipop #9 — USD6.50
  • Chocolate Lollipop #27 — USD6.50
  • Edvard Mint — USD4.50
  • Sole #7 — USD5.50

I noticed that Chocolate Lollipop Collection textile are a bit thicker/heavier  :ops: than Midwest Modern. Which mean it is good for making bags and ohimesan. :-)

Contemporary Cloth (shop)

Minimum order for each fabric is 1 yard, and they are still having Clearance Sale with 50% to 60% off.. For international orders, shipping will cost USD12.50 (yeah they up the price :pfft: ) for 7 yards of cotton fabric.

Chocolate Lollipop collection are still in the Clearance Section, go grab them before its to late!
