What are the shipping guidelines?
Orders will be delivered using Pos Malaysia's Postal Services; PosLaju or Express Mail Service (EMS) Malaysia or other courier services* (view full list).
All orders are charged based on combined weight. All services will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for all services by email once shipped.

Self-Collection / Self-Pickup
Self-collection is available exclusively at our studio at Jalan PP 16, Taman Pinggiran Putra, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
Please note that self-collection / self-pickup will require advance notice at least 1 day prior to pickup. Please contact us to arrange for meetup. Kindly bring along the Order Confirmation sent to your email address that you have used to shop at shambijoux.com.
Any pending payment must be settled before we can release your order.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Self-collection option and/or Free Shipping option at any time without any prior notice .
Delivery and Returns
- We will only accept replacements if only we sent you a wrong item.
- We accept refund/returns (except for pre-order/advance order/custom order/made-to-order items) and subject to quality check.
- 10% processing fee for ready stock items returned.
- We will not be responsible for any damage/loss of the items during delivery.
