What are the shipping guidelines?

Orders will be delivered using Pos Malaysia's Postal Services (Pos Ekspres, PosLaju or Air Parcel), or other courier services*.
  • Ready stock items - Packed and delivered within 2 working days after payment is received
  • Made-to-order and custom orders - Delivery time is stated in product description
  • Group Buy / Pre-Order - Delivery time is stated in product description *estimation only
We ships every every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday (except on Public Holiday). We provide deliveries to Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore. International orders will be shipped once a week (on Thursday/Friday only). Pos Malaysia Berhad or other courier services* assumes all liability for your package once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you. Claims for lost parcels will have to be made with Pos Malaysia Berhad or other courier services*, and we will provide you with assistance. Please leave a note in your Order Notes if you need insurance. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the cost for shipping?

Delivery is based on weight and it is automatically calculated during checkout. Tracking numbers are emailed for all orders once shipped. You can also retrieve your shipment tracking number from Track Order page.

What are the international shipping costs and methods?

We ship to Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore. Custom duties and import charges, which vary from country to country, are borne by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office before you order. All international orders are shipped using either Pos Malaysia Parcel via Air or EMS and DHL/TNT. All services will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for all services by email once shipped. All orders are charged based on combined weight.

Self-Collection / Self-Pickup

Self-collection is available exclusively at our studio at Jalan PP 16, Taman Pinggiran Putra, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Please note that self-collection / self-pickup will require advance notice at least 1 day prior to pickup. Please contact us to arrange for meetup. Kindly bring along the Order Confirmation sent to your email address that you have used to shop at shambijoux.com.

Any pending payment must be settled before we can release your order.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue Self-collection option and/or Free Shipping option at any time without any prior notice .

Delivery and Returns

  1. We will only accept replacements if only we sent you a wrong item.
  2. We accept refund/returns (except for pre-order/advance order/custom order/made-to-order items) and subject to quality check.
  3. 10% processing fee for ready stock items returned.
  4. We will not be responsible for any damage/loss of the items during delivery.
