Phosphor is a super-bright, almost neon collection of 12 colours by Libs Elliott for Andover Fabrics. To pick up where Libs’ previous collection (Almost Blue) left off, this group is a near-solid but has a printed texture look of denim which gives the colours more depth than a flat solid. Made of 100% highest quality cotton.
