Floral Reef

Tula Pink grew up on the Pacific Coast in Southern California. Although she now lives in the landlocked Midwest, she continues to feel drawn to the ocean and its salty water. The world’s oceans are vast and full of mystery, hiding countless secrets still waiting to be discovered. That sense of wonder keeps her returning to the sea for inspiration.

When creating this collection, she imagined it as a floral theme, but instead of traditional flowers, she filled it with coral, anemones, and seaweed. Among these underwater blooms swim shadows of sharks, colorful seahorses, tropical fish, and sea snakes, with the occasional octopus tentacle curling through. It invites the viewer to dive beneath the surface and explore a magical underwater world where beauty and mystery intertwine. Look closely, and you might even spot a hidden pearl.
