We offer discounted shipping for orders over RM199 (within Malaysia only). The shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please note:

• This discount is not valid for international addresses, pre-order items, group buys, or clearance items.
• It is also not applicable for instant delivery services such as Lalamove, Grab Express, or similar.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders will be delivered via Pos Malaysia’s postal services (PosLaju or EMS), Ninja Van, Shopee Express, or other selected courier services* (view full list).

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the combined weight of your order.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Self-Pickup and Instant Delivery

• For instant delivery (Lalamove, Grab Express, etc.), please choose “Self-Pickup by Instant Delivery” at checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
• For in-person pickup, select “Self-Pickup by Meetup”. You will also be informed when your order is ready.
