Days To Ship (Processing Time)

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

• Ready stock items ship fastest.
• Pre-order, made-to-order, or custom items will have longer processing times, clearly stated on the product page.

Once your parcel is packed, tracking details will be sent to you automatically.

We do not ship on public holidays. During promotional periods, order processing times may be extended to 5 to 7 business days.

Domestic Shipping

This offer does not apply to big and bulky items, leather sold in rolls, group buy items, or clearance items.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, and we ship using multiple courier partners. To get a quick and accurate shipping quote, simply add items to your cart and enter your State and Postcode. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated using the latest rates provided by the couriers.

All parcels are fully trackable and include basic insurance coverage from the courier companies.

For orders above RM200.00, feel free to contact us if you need additional insurance protection.

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world, except for Israel.

Our shipping rates are based on weight, and we ship via multiple courier partners. You can get a quick shipping quote by adding items to your shopping cart and clicking Update Shipping Fee to view the available rates without proceeding to checkout. The quote will automatically refresh as you add or remove items from your cart.

import fees, customs, or duty charges

For international orders, shipping rates do not include import fees, customs, or duty charges. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order.
