Hello there!

I’m Azliza Adzhan or better known around here as ‘Shambie’. I’m a Gemini and have a deep passion for crafts, fabrics and sewing. I love handmades, indie crafts, vintage clothing and anything geeky. I absolutely love quirky prints like skulls, cupcakes, unicorns and of course polka dots too!

I taught myself to sew with the help of my mum who loves to sew too and created my first online shop on eBay in 2006 selling handmade pencil cases and clutches. Since then, I have been collecting and importing designer fabrics and Tula Pink fabrics being my most precious collection.

I created Shambijoux.com back in January 2006 combining both my passion for technology and the modern sewing world. I wanted to inspire people with the knowledge that I had learnt through sewing and fabric hoarding!

Whilst managing Shambijoux.com, I’m also a full time System Analyst by profession and graduated from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) majoring in Computer Science.

I aspire to design my own fabrics or publish my own sewing patterns one day so that more people can benefit from what I have learnt.
